Tamarack

Tamarack, named after the only deciduous conifer for it's lighter color, is our everyday light roast coffee. The flavor profile leads with a silky caramel, followed by notes of tea and spice with a floral finish. Though complex, as the acidity tends toward balance, this is a light roast most every coffee drinker can enjoy.
